Generation Y Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey on the perceptions of employees in the grocery distribution industry. This survey is conducted by researchers from HEC Montreal, at the request of the Human Resource Sectorial Committee for Quebec’s Grocery Distribution Industry (Comité sectoriel de main-d’oeuvre du commerce de l’alimentation, or CSMOCA).

Answering this questionnaire should take you approximately 15 minutes. If you fill out this questionnaire, we will consider that as your consent for participating in this study. It is important to underline that the value of a research project like this depends on your participation: the more you participate, the more the results will be representative of your work environment. Even if the CSMOCA has approved this study, you do not need to feel obligated to participate and you can decide at any time to stop answering the questions.

The information obtained will remain completely confidential. No one from your grocery store will have access to any of the data obtained. Indeed, the questionnaire is hosted on a web site administrated by an independent service provider and nor the Comité sectoriel nor the grocery stores owners and managers will have access to the questionnaires. The data collected will be kept by the research team at HEC Montreal. Only the aggregate results will be communicated to the Comité sectoriel.
